Volume 1

I hope you and your furry companions are ready to kick off the summer season! Today, I am thrilled to introduce you to the very first edition of “FurWell Family Focus” – an email series dedicated to addressing your concerns, sharing valuable information, and keeping you updated on all the exciting happenings at FurWell Veterinary Hospital!

But before we dive into the details, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you who participated in our recent improvement survey. Your feedback has been instrumental in shaping the future of FurWell, and I truly appreciate your valuable input. My goal is to provide exceptional care and a superior experience for you and your pets.  We are the only premium veterinary experience in the Upstate. ⭐

Now, let’s get to one piece of very exciting news! Our HVAC units have been successfully installed, and over the weekend, we had brand new floors put in place! The hospital is quickly coming back together after 7 months of post flood renovation.  I am so excited for you to see it when it’s finally complete.

But that’s not all! I also have a special treat for you and a special summer treat for your pet.  For you, Anna has installed a new coffee bar in the lobby! ☕ And for your fur babies, I just installed an ice cream machine!!! That’s right, your pup can beat the summer heat with a lactose-free FurWell Pup Cone.  So, swing by at any time, and see us and get your little one a treat ❤️ And don’t worry, both Emma and Mischievous Max have conducted rigorous quality control to ensure the highest standards lol

DID YOU KNOW? – Many pets suffer from summer thunderstorm anxiety and firework phobia. ⛈️  We have a special flavored compounded medication that can help.

Over the next few weeks, “FurWell Family Focus” will be covering a wide range of topics, including an exciting new cancer screen, additional services you may not know FurWell offers, a look into pet insurance, and what you should know, our community outreach projects, and much more. I am committed to providing you with the information you need to make informed decisions about your pet’s well-being.

~This is a perfect time to give you an update…with your help we have already planted over 2500 trees through the Arbor Day Foundation!

DID YOU KNOW? For every pet we see, we plant a tree in their honor?

One last thing I wanted to talk about because multiple pet parents asked in their survey – Who do we call in an emergency.  If you have an after-hours emergency, you should contact Fetch Emergency Service at (864) 900-5888. Just let them know you are a FurWell client and they will take care of you. Fetch Emergency Service is located at 5 Market Point Dr, Greenville, SC 29607 (over by Whole Foods on Woodruff Road).  If Dr. Chris Capps is on duty, I recommend you ask to see him; I have known him for years and trust his expertise.

Keep a close eye on your inbox as we continue to provide answers to your questions. Each week, you can expect a new episode of “FurWell Family Focus,” bringing you deeper insights into the topics that matter most to you.

Thank you for being an integral part of the FurWell Family. I consider it an immense privilege to serve you and your cherished pets.

Warm regards,

Dr. Tyler
